Powerhouse Muffins

8  large bananas
3  egg whites
1 1/2  cups wheat flour
1 1/2  cups oat bran
2  tsp baking powder
2  cups oatmeal
1  cup skim milk
1  tsp cinnamon
1/2  tsp cloves
1/4  tsp nutmeg
1/2  cup raisins
cooking spray

1. In a large bowl, mash bananas and egg whites together.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
2. Spray a large muffin tin with cooking spray. Pour in batter.
3. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.

Yield: 6 muffins. Analysis per muffin: 460 calories, 16g protein,
4g fat, 14g fiber, 85g carbohydrates
