The Changing Nature of Female
Thank you so much for your story on women’s hearts (“The Menopausal Heart,” February). I’m in my 50s now and I never knew that my heart risk went up after menopause. It really gives me something to think about in terms of diet and exercise. I try to be careful about that stuff anyway and now I have even more motivation to eat right and get on the treadmill or go outside for a walk—even when I don’t want to!
I love your magazine, it’s so informative. Keep up the good work.
